AAM was chosen by the UK-based Jemma Kidd makeup and education brand to break into the US marketplace. We developed a short and long term business strategy and built the brand's presence in North America from the beginning stages. AAM initiated the sales operation, worked with the sales team and national retail partners to ensure a seamless entrée into the country and executed a broad-scope communications plan. We helped build the profile of Jemma personally, as a renowned makeup artist and style icon, and her eponymous brand as an award-winning, ever-evolving front-runner in the industry. AAM facilitated the foundation of a loyal celebrity and industry influencer following, a celebrity makeup artist relations program and an ongoing presence in the media; all of which we continue to drive.
